The Ultraprobe senses high frequency sounds produced by problems in operating equipment.
The Ultraprobe senses high frequency sounds produced by problems in operating equipment. It electronically converts these signals by heterodyning them down into the audible range so that a user can easily interpret these sounds. Ultrasound technology allows the operator to detect leaks in pressurized systems, rolling element failures even electrical discharge.

The advantage of Ultrasound technology is clear. Ultrasound provides a means to quickly and accurately inspect steam systems, compressed air lines and closed electrical cabinets. Ultrasound is also a perfect compliment to thermography and vibration analysis.

  • Ultrasound instruments can be used in noisy environments
  • Ultrasound changes provide early warning of potential problems
  • Ultrasound instruments are easy to use
  • Ultrasound is a must for any predictive maintenance program
