The type P is a special, heavy-duty padlock
The type P is a special, heavy-duty padlock with a cast bronze housing and a bronze shackle. The padlock incorporates the special 7-pin tumbler lock, which permits interchangeability with other Kirk Key interlocks. Only one style of padlock is currently available. The type P is similar to ordinary padlocks in that the key may be removed when the shackle is either open or closed.

ยท Stamp Key Interchange - specify an alphanumeric code to be stamped on the cylinder face and the key (e.g. A1, A2, B1, etc).
