Transmission Stringing Travelers

For large transmission construction projects, Lindsey manufactures a variety of single or multi-conductor transmission travelers. Both convertible or fixed steel frame models are available with polished aluminum, neoprene or urethane lined sheaves. Accessories such as hold down rollers, traveler grounds, running grounds and swivels are also available.

Lindsey introduced the first bundled helicopter traveler in 1973. Since that time thousands of these Lindsey fly travelers have been field proven to be a cost-effective method for stringing transmission conductors.
