The Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS) provides PJM customers and market participants with electronic information that will enable them to obtain open access non-discriminatory transmission service and market data. The application allows the user to view Available Transmission Capacity (ATC), transmission prices, messages, and other transmission related services, as well as the ability to buy and sell transmission service. The OASIS web site contains information on system related conditions, Locational Marginal Prices (LMP), methodology on calculating ATC, and transmission business practices. Individual users may request the ability to view ATC without registering with a company.
