Transmission hardware ranges from cast and forged components, conductor clamps, yoke plates to complete EHV assemblies. Destructive mechanical testing is performed on a lot-sampling basis for every batch of hardware. In-house capabilities include high voltage test sets to 250kV and mechanical tensile test machines to 300,000 lbs.
