Transformer Turns Ratio Testers

Vanguard Instruments Company Inc. manufacturers three micro-processor based automatic transformer turns ratio testers:

• a line operated single-phase tester - Model ATRT-01
• a battery/line operated single-phase tester - Model ATRT-01B
• a line-operated three-phase tester - Model ATRT-03

All units:

• measure ratio from 0.800 to 2000.00
• display ratio on backlit LCD display require no calibration
• incorporate RS-232C interface for connection to computer
• are provided with software for data storage and report generation

Additional features of the 3-Phase Tester - Model ATRT-03:

• Runs tests without need to change test hookup cables
• Measures and displays excitation current
• Measures and displays winding phase angle
• Built-in printer provides immediate hard copy of results
• Automatically calculates & prints out % error of each test
• Stores a full transformer's test result for printing or uploading to PC
