(TDS) acquired the assets of AVO Multi-Amp Technical Services, formerly MATSCO, which had been providing testing, startup and maintenance support to the utility and industrial markets since 1967. Technical Diagnostic Services, Inc.'s management was formerly employed by MATSCO. Technical Diagnostic Services, Inc. brings to the startup and maintenance market over 25 years of expertise.

TDS has completed projects nationwide at power plants, substations, refineries, petrochemical plants, and other heavy industrial plants. TDS is a premier electrical and instrumentation testing, maintenance, and technical and safety training company.
