Root Cause Analysis Software

PROACT is a five-step root cause analysis (RCA) software. The acronym refers to the software program's process of guiding users in how to preserve failure data, order the analysis, analyze the data, communicate findings and recommendations, and track bottom line results.

This software allows users to access the equipment data stored to the manufacturer's enterprise reliability management system (ERMS), leveraging the benefits of both software packages. The benefits of accessing data through ERMS include the ability to:
