Programmable AC Power Source
Another key feature is the standby enable/reset front panel switch. This switch allows the user to have the power cables attached to the load while adjusting voltage and current, without power actually applied to the load. Power only reaches the load when the user is ready. Other safety features include overvoltage shut down, overcurrent shut down or foldback, and overtemperature shutdown. The power source is also rich in displays and indicators featuring LED readouts for maximum visibility and brightness. Front panel controls include main power on/off; output power on/off; high/low voltage range (switch) and an overvoltage adjustment. A select switch is used to display program or measure values for voltage, current and frequency. Analog remote control is standard, 0 to 5 Volts programs the output voltage and frequency from 0 to full scale.
