NSF Launches New Electrical Safety Certification Program for Food Equipment Manufacturers
The NSF electrical certification program enables manufacturers to access a full range of services required in today's competitive marketplace. Food equipment manufacturers that currently maintain sanitation certification with NSF can now take advantage of the convenience and cost savings associated with using NSF as their single source for electrical certification as well.
"NSF has been the world leader in the food equipment industry since the 1940s and continues to expand its services to meet the demands of the marketplace," says Kevan P. Lawlor, Senior Vice President, Food Safety Programs. "NSF is now positioned to better serve our food equipment customers by eliminating their need to obtain multiple sanitation and electrical certifications, resulting in major savings in costs, time and effort for our clients."
