Miniature Log Amplifier

Signal Technology Corporation, Systems Operation CWL-4-4562 is a wideband subminiature Logarithmic Amplifier featuring log linearity of ±1.0 dB typical. The unit instantaneously covers an ultrawide RF input frequency range of 200-700 MHz. The log video slope is 30 mV/dB ±10% as defined by the best fit straight line of the video output voltage, measured over the typical input signal range of –65 to +5 dBm. Other specifications include:

•Limited IF output power of –2 dBm nominal
