Hipotronics was founded in 1962 and is now part of Hubbell, Inc., an NYSE listed, diversified manufacturer of electrical products with over $300 million dollars in HV product sales each year. Unlike some suppliers who only assemble equipment, Hipotronics is vertically integrated and manufactures most of its own HV components, including transformers, capacitors, switches, output terminations, bushings, and metalwork. This allows superior quality and the shortest possible lead times on custom products.

In addition, Hipotronics provides the highest level of technical assistance, both pre- and post-sale. We are conveniently located to the Port of New York for fast shipment to customers located outside of the United States. Each year, 50% of our sales are shipped outside of North America. Since our founding, we have supplied equipment to customers in more than 90 different countries.
