The Product
To remain ahead of the industry for both Club and Service Dispatch / Construction Software, we are constantly
assessing our Software capabilities, and forging on with the new development necessary to
keep us on the leading edge of technology. The Jonas Software packages are fully Windows based: '98 / 2000,
Windows NT; Server 2000; Citrix Server, and Novell.
As well, we now offer Internet options for communication with Jonas.P>
Each module of our Software is Jonas built. Having the product developed totally in-house allows us to design distinctive and important features, highlighting the advantages to this integrated package.
Research & Development
Jonas commits hundreds of thousands of dollars annually to our research and development. We steadily upgrade our packages to incorporate the changing Clients' needs with the industry's and we constantly test compatibility with "third party packages". We stay current with any government mandated alterations and we keep screening the most popular, fastest hardware entries for Jonas compatibility. In addition, we assess the next technology "wave" to ensure that the Jonas Software has the features and produces the results that Users expect. Hence, our latest inauguration onto the Internet.
The Staff
The Jonas Software has the outstanding staff with the hands-on experience necessary for its development and support. We have expert "Client FIRST Teams" for Research & Development, Windows, networking, communication, and accounting. Our strengths are our product and our personnel!
The Support
The Jonas Company does all after sales client support. That's not to say that the Jonas Authorized Rep steps out of the picture. After the Client is installed, trained by the Rep, and running live, that Client is not then abandoned. If for example, it is determined that more training is required, Jonas will liaison back with the Rep; both parties then work to reach a solution for the Client.
The Support & Enhancement Program
We have a Support & Enhancement Program which provides our Clients with automatic periodic updates, 7 day-24 Hours telephone support, with conditions set out in the S&E Agreement.
We also have a program called the "Corporate Account Program", intended for the 2,000 – 3,000 Member Club, and the larger Service Dispatch / Trade / Construction company. Because these particular organizations have complex hardware needs and training requirements, we have the setup in place to service them.
