Cannon is a leading supplier of demand-side energy management tools for traditional utilities and un-regulated energy service companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Our primary products include a suite of Web-based applications that enable quick implementation of "mass market direct control" and C&I curtailment programs, our powerful YUKON Advanced Energy Management Platform, and hardware items including the very low cost LCR 5000 customer-premise gateway.

Cannon's "Loadcontrol.com" is a Web-based ASP for basic one-way direct load control using standard commercial paging communications. The LCR 5000 uses standard commercial paging networks for communication with up to three physical relays plus an RS-232 digital port. Logon to kick-off predefined cycling strategies for air conditioners, water heaters, irrigation wells, or signal a building automation system.

"Readmeter.com" offers Web-display of load curves from interval data collected directly from the customer-premise meter. "Esubstation.com" brings "intelligent notification" to substation automation. IEEE algorithmns run predictive routines, notifying operations/planning of the need for maintenance. Bring data from substation IEDs back to multiple utility departments without interfacing to traditional SCADA. Extend the life of legacy SCADA systems, or offer a one-line display of customer-premise DG.

Our YUKON Advanced Energy Services Platform powers the Web-based applications. Own the server offering your own ASP services, perform traditional direct control and distribution automation. Cannon offers a low cost customer-premise gateway (less than $200), and uses ubiquitous 900 MHz FLEXtm Paging communications. The LCR 5001 is a retrofit board that fits legacy load control switches.

Cannon offers a full time support group, and end-to-end hardware & software solutions - RTUs, meters, communications equip., gateway, computers, software, service, and support. Based in west Minneapolis, MN, we are privately owned and profitable for the past 12 years, with nearly 300 utility clients ranging from small municipals, co-ops, to large IOUs.
