Benetech To Speak At EUCI Conference
PRB Coal Dust Risk Reduction Addressed
Montgomery, IL Benetech, Inc. will be speaking at the Electric Utility Consultants, Inc. (EUCI) annual conference, "Nuts & Bolts of Powder River Basin (PRB) Coal," being held at the Crowne Plaza in Jacksonville, FL, from January 23 – 24, 2007.
Mr. Christopher Blazek, Vice President Marketing, will address the specific risks associated with PRB coal dust, as well as best practice risk reduction methods.
"The hazards of PRB coal dust are well-known, yet coal dust-related fires and explosions still happen too often," said Ron Pircon, President and CEO of Benetech, Inc. "As PRB coal's popularity rises, so must the knowledge of associated risk and preventive measures. Chris' presentation will review the best risk reduction approaches including audits, technologies, and maintenance practices."
This is the second annual EUCI Nuts & Bolts of PRB Coal Conference, and is intended to bring together industry experts to continue education in power plant conversion to PRB coal, and the associated economic and engineering issues.
