Alpha-1 Fluid is a fire resistant insulating oil that is made for retrofill and top-off applications. Alpha-1 is made from synthetic hydrocarbon oils that are 100% compatible with conventional oil and other hydrocarbon fluids. Alpha-1 has lower viscosity than other fire resistant fluids, wihch minimizes any heat rise effects from retrofilling a transformer.
