The POWERLOGIC energy meter is available in either a basic or an enhanced version. The basic model is a display meter designed for direct monitoring of 120/240V and 120/208Vservices, and the enhanced model provides an extended voltage range (120-600VAC), a pulse output for easy integration to control systems, a phase loss output contact, and time-of-us metering. To install the meter, simply mount it, connect and fuse the colored voltage terminals to the power conductors of the electrical service, and match the CTs. It automatically detects and compensates for phase reversal.
When used in stand-alone metering applications, readings from the meter can be downloaded to a PalmPilot using IR communications, or displayed on the meter. The PalmPilot interface to the meter helps provide a fast and simple solution for accurately acquiring energy usage data.
