The I/Q Demodulator is a vector demodulator that features 14dB loss and 300MHz video bandwidth. The product operates over an RF frequency range of 2.5 ± .25GHz. At a nominal input power of –1 ± 3dBm, RF to video conversion loss is less than 14dB with a total ripple less than 0.75dB at either I or Q output. Quadrature accuracy is ± 3° maximum, and I/Q video output power balance is ± .25dB maximum into a 1.25:1 VSWR. The products video 300 minimum 3dB bandwith offers greater than 33dB harmonic rejection and is suitable for multi-function test or communications equipment.
