TELEREADER TL100 Family
The Family 100 has two members, the TL101 and TL106.
TL101 TELEREADER
The TL101 TELEREADER reads one electric meter and is a single dwelling, residential solution. This AMR device operates with inbound (call-in) telephone technology. The TL101 is a low -cost AMR device that adapts to multiple single-phase electric meters, collects multiple meter reads, and records/reports power outages. Best of all, it does not have and does not use, batteries.
TL106 TELEREADER
With the same basic physical (in the NERTEC adapter) and electrical characteristics of the TL101, the TL106 is primarily for multi-dwelling residential applications (i.e. apartment buildings), reading up to six (6) electrical meters. When mating with multiple meters, the TL106 requires the use of companion socket adapter (TL006) or NERTEC's pulser to connect with the other electric meters. Instead of putting an AMR device on each meter, the TL106 helps reduce the cost per point. The TL106, like all NERTEC TELEREADERs that come in NERTEC's adapter, is also available for network configuration (208VAC) applications.
