The new Electrocorder comes complete with mailing case and software that prints dispatch documentations. The unit allows engineers to deal with the majority of complaints within 5 minutes, by mailing the recorder to the complaining customer, freeing up time to deal with more serious problems. The recorder is small and compact with integral plug pins (like a cell phone charger), which means that the customer can install (plug it in) and return it in the reusable packaging. The concept is designed to speed up service and increase customer care.
