Dymec Inc cables are made from glass fiber that is graded indexed, 100 KPSI proof tested, and rated at 3 dB or less attenuation loss per kilometer. The cables have an operating temperature range of –40° to +85°C, and a storage temperature range of –55° to +85°C. For greater temperature stability over the rated temperature range, all cable assemblies are factory terminated with ceramic ferrule ST connectors.
UL listed riser-rated OFNR, Simplex is suitable for use in cable troughs, conduit installations, and outdoor applications. The cable is jacketed with flame retardant, fungus resistant, UV inhibited and flexible PVC.
