The Client Assurance and Retention Excellence (CARE) program is designed to maximize investment in clients. The program is designed to serve as a third party point-of-contact between the organization's senior management team and its clients. The program will monitor client satisfaction levels, identify account strengths and weaknesses, and initiate new business development initiatives. The program includes regularly scheduled reporting to senior management that qualifies and quantifies the current and future state of the client base, with recommendations for improvement on both a client-by-client and market-wide basis.
