PRE-ASSEMBLY

Mid-West's high degree of standardization incoporated in our modular FAST components allow us to efficiently produce and inventory sub-assemblies off-line, reducing lead times and costs.

WIRING AND CONTROLS

Pre-wired control panels are introduced just in time for technicians to complete wiring and integration for final system start-up.

FINAL ASSEMBLY & DEBUG

Exprienced lead builders supervise the entire assembly process from drive components through all critical phases of alignment and final tooling checkout.

INTERNAL PRE-ACCEPTANCE

Prior to the system test ad acceptance run managemen, Mid-west conducts a system run at rate to verify that the system meets all specification criteris. Following sucessful completion, the system is reduced for th efinal system test acceptance.

SYSTEM TEST ACCPETANCE

Customer participation concludes during final debug and testing of the system. By this point, we have provided excellent "hands-on" training and paved the way for a smooth acceptance on our floor. Following a thorough acceptance run to ensure that the machine has met the performance criteria, the system is readied for shipment.

INSTALLATION

Installation and subsequent final acceptance runs at the customer's site are typically accomplished with a team of Mimd-West technicians directed by the Project Manager.
