Fire Wind and Rain Technologies, LLC designs and manufactures charge controllers, inverters and data acquisition systems for renewable energy applications. The company was formed in April, 1998 as a business alliance between Arizona Public Service Company (an electric utility in Arizona) and Connect Tech International (a developer and manufacturer of electronic technology). Arizona Public Service is providing funding, marketing assistance, and technical support. Connect Tech International is providing funding, technology, logistics and manufacturing of Fire Wind and Rain products. Fire Wind and Rain is producing over 15 different products that it has developed since its inception. The company is located on the Connect Tech International campus in Flagstaff, Arizona, currently employs ten full time people and has access to the technical personnel associated with Connect Tech International.
