The DDP/540 partial discharge detector is designed to test joints and underground cables under medium voltage. Testing joints and cables under a nominal voltage ensures more reliability in the system. Features include:
•High sensitivity up to 15 pico-coulomb
•Capacitive coupling measurement
•Sensor insulated up to 1000 volts
•Acoustic and visual discharge tracking
•Less affected by radio frequencies than conventional devices
•100 times more sensitive than ultrasound devices
•Autonomy of four consecutive hours
