These unique heaters are constructed of a rust-resisting iron sheath with optional chrome steel sheaths available. They are precision pieces of equipment proven to be suitable for continuous duty applications. Heater reliability is assured by high quality nickle-chromium resistance wire, which is embedded in a special ceramic formula developed for long life with excellent heat conductivity. This refactory insulation is compressed and then cured in high temperature ovens to insure maximum quality.
