High Frequency Induction Brazing

Source: ARC Technology, a Group CBS Company
Produced by expensive equipment and requiring significant engineering knowledge, ARC's induction brazed joints have extremely low resistance resulting in the surfaces operating cooler, thus actually extending contact life.
Most manufacturers and service companies use resistance or torch brazing, which produces inconsistent bonding and increases oxidation. This results in higher resistance between the bonded surfaces which causes the contacts to operate at higher temperature and can cause premature failure.

Produced by expensive equipment and requiring significant engineering knowledge, ARC's induction brazed joints have extremely low resistance resulting in the surfaces operating cooler, thus actually extending contact life.

Combined with our use of the highest quality materials, our unique High Frequency Induction Brazing process produces the finest quality electrical contacts available.
